I am having Flash Player problems. It says that i need to download Adobe Flash player i have done it several times but still facing problem. :(

My computer has very slow speed. I have reinstall windows and also reinstall all my important programs but still speed is very slow. I installed Ccleaner and ran the tools they have and also made sure I stopped the majority of the startup programs that helped with the slow down but nothing happened. please help me out ?
